Refund policy

Because each photo is custom printed and framed at the time of each order, we are not able to accept returns.  All sales are final.  In the case of damage during shipment, we will replace the artwork.  Estimates for photography longevity are estimates only, and are based on standard indoor lighting conditions.  Use outdoor or indoor in non-standard locations, such as under a skylight, may result in significantly reduced photo longevity.  Photo longevity estimates are only estimates, and are not guaranteed as longevity may vary based on your individual circumstances and lighting conditions.

If the photo is damaged during shipment, please note this with the driver at the time of delivery, and then take photos of the damage, including the crate or box, and report this to us at art@pacificcoast.gallery immediately so we an arrange a replacement photo. We have a short window to submit this to the shipping company, so it is important that you contact us with any damage claims within 48 hours of shipment. After this, we can not honor a request for a replacement. If the crate or box is severely damaged, please refuse shipment with the carrier.
